Eilia Building Abstract Facade Installation
A monumental fiberglass facade installation designed for the Eilia Building in Isfahan, transforming the riverside architecture into a bold contemporary artistic landmark.
Introduction
Created through a collaboration between architect Dr. Zamani and artist Soroush Payandeh, this large-scale abstract facade artwork was designed to integrate contemporary artistic expression into the architectural identity of the Eilia Building.
Positioned along the Zayanderud River, the installation combines scale, color, and movement to create a dynamic visual experience that interacts with both the building and the surrounding urban landscape.
The challenge was to develop an artwork that could function as both an architectural element and a monumental public art installation.
Through custom fiberglass fabrication and careful integration with the building’s structure, the final piece achieved a striking balance between architecture and abstract art, creating a powerful visual presence visible from across the riverfront.
