The Felasidad Project in Calabasas stands as one of the most challenging yet rewarding achievements for Payandeh Design. Construction began smoothly with foundations and structural work, but soon the COVID-19 pandemic reshaped the world. Despite immense logistical difficulties, the project was successfully managed and completed on schedule-becoming a true testament to persistence, teamwork, and design excellence.
