Soroush Payandeh Idea
The staircase – a sculptural form in white marble and golden rhythm – acts as the symbolic heart of the residence. Around it, open spaces of living, dining, and leisure unfold through carefully composed layers of texture and tone. Each area transitions with intention: dark wood panels grounding the atmosphere, brass detailing adding elegance, and soft lighting enhancing intimacy and depth.
